What is the Dental Entrepreneur Program?
The DEP is a structured 12-month business coaching curriculum for dental practice owners: 24 sessions, two per month, 60 minutes each. It moves you from day-to-day reactivity to vision-driven leadership across three phases: Discover, Design, and Deliver. You build core values, a multi-year vision, an annual mission, a 1-year plan with quarterly goals, financial fluency, a values-based hiring process, an incentive plan, and scalable systems.
What's the difference between Work of Leaders and The Five Behaviors?
Work of Leaders develops the individual leader around Vision, Alignment, and Execution. The Five Behaviors develops the whole team around Trust, Conflict, Commitment, Accountability, and Results. The Dental Entrepreneur Program ties them together into a full 12-month business transformation. They're a natural pair: strong leaders building strong teams, and many dental practices use all three.
What is EOS, and why does it matter for my dental practice?
EOS (the Entrepreneurial Operating System®) is a complete set of simple tools for getting everyone in your practice on the same page and executing with discipline.
