As the architect of the KLAS ecosystem, Phil brings decades of business operations, finance, and practice growth experience to every client relationship.
Phil's work spans accounting and tax strategy, practice transitions and acquisitions, commercial real estate, marketing, and coaching, giving him an unusually complete view of what separates high-performing dental practices from those leaving money on the table.
He founded KLAS Dental Coaching to give practice owners the kind of strategic partner he wished existed when he first started working with dentists: one who could see the whole picture, connect all the dots, and hold owners accountable to their own goals.
Ryan Hill is KLAS's primary dental coaching practitioner and the coach your team will know by name. Ryan brings deep expertise in dental leadership development, team performance, case acceptance, and the behavioral systems that drive sustainable production growth.
Certified in the Dentist Entrepreneurial Program (DEP), Work of Leaders, Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team, and EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System), Ryan combines proven frameworks with practical, practice-specific application. He's coached practices across every major specialty from solo general dentists to multi-site DSO groups.
